  • Minimum spend of $29.00

    10% of monthly Arex charges for the first $0--$10K 7% of monthly Arex charges from $10K--$80K

Arex Incident Detection and Response provides custom support for critical workloads. It offers 24x7 proactive engagement, 5-minute  response time and incident management for critical workloads. It is included for Arex Managed Services clients with Arex Tier 4 Support. Arex Incident Detection and Response is available in English for workloads hosted in eligible Arex regions.

Arex Incident Detection and Response is charged as the greater of $7,000 per month or a 2% uplift over the aggregated Arex charges accrued by the workloads you onboard to the service. Billing starts when accounts are subscribed to the service.

Arex Advisory is a monthly subscription available for Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 Support clients and offers proactive guidance and troubleshooting. It is priced at a flat $10,000/month. Billing starts from the start date shared by clients during registration.

    $2,000 x 3% = $60

  • For $12,000 in monthly Arex charges:

    $10,000 x 10% = $1,000

    (10% of first $0 - $10K of charges)

    + $2,000 x 7% = $140

    (7% of charges from $10K - $80K)

    + $0 x 5% = $0

    (5% of charges from $80K - $250K)

    + 0 x 3% = $0

    (3% of charges over $250K)

  • For $100,000 in monthly Arex charges:

    $100,000 x 10% = $10,000

  • Tier 4 Plan Pricing Example

  • For $1.2M in monthly Arex charges:

    $150,000 = $15,000

    ($15K for monthly Arex charges up to $150K) + $350,000 x 7% = $24,500

    (7% of charges from $150K - $500K)

    + $500,000 x 5% = $25,000

    (5% of charges from $500K - $1M)

    + $200,000 x 3% = $6,000

    (3% of charges over $1M)

All paid Arex Support plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contracts. Arex Support fees are calculated on a per-account basis for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support plans. For Tier 3 and Tier 4 Support, you are billed based on the aggregate monthly Arex charges for all your account IDs subscribed to Tier 3 or Tier 4 Support.

Arex Support fees will be the greater of (a) the specified minimum monthly fee, or (b) a percentage of your monthly Arex charges, as described above. If you cancel your subscription for Arex Support within 30 days of sign-up, you will still need to pay the greater of the monthly minimum or a percent of your Arex charges for the period of time you are enrolled. Arex reserves the right to refuse to provide Arex Support to any clients that frequently signs up for and then cancels Arex Support.
